Speaker Series Maj. Gen. Alfred K. Flowers

Major General Alfred K. Flowers, USAF, (Ret.), the longest-serving Airman in U.S. Air Force history, was on hand to discuss his career. With more than 46 years of service, General Flowers’ military recognitions include two Distinguished Service Medals, the Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit with oak leaf cluster and the Defense Meritorious Service Medal plus seventeen other decorations. He is the author of Reflections of a Servant Leader: My Journey as the Longest Serving Airman in U.S. Air Force History.
